Looks like Toots and The Maytals is readying for a new wave of brand new releases and re-release of their vintage classics. According to The Jamaica Observer , TADS Records, based in Kingston Jamaica with main office located in Miami, Florida, will oversee the artist’s extensive catalog.
According to the Label’s website,Tad’s Record has been in the music business for over 30 years and boasts a catalog showcasing artists such as Gregory Isaacs, Dennis Brown, John Holt, Anthony B and many more that cover the spectrum of Reggae/Dance Hall music.
For those of you who can’t get enough of The ‘Toots,” the next album release is scheduled for January 2010. No tour is currently scheduled for the rest of the year as of this writing, according to his website.
